Established by Antonio B. and Rita M. Pomerleau Foundation in May 2022, the Pomerleau Emergency Fund supports Vermont cancer patients and their families by helping them meet basic needs and removing barriers to treatment. The Pomerleau Family has been a generous supporter of CPSF since our inception. The Pomerleau Emergency Fund will help patients and their families as they face financial burdens due to their cancer diagnosis and need help with housing, food, childcare, utilities, transportation to treatment, prescriptions, and medical costs not covered by insurance.
