Connecting Our Past, Present and Future 25th Anniversary Capital Campaign

25 Years ago, thanks to the vision, hard work, and dedication of our founders, the Cancer Patient Support Foundation became a recognized nonprofit in Vermont. Since then, we have supported more than 12,700 local cancer patients and their families. We are proud to have been able to be there for so many in their of need and look forward to being there for the next 25 years and beyond. To secure our future, CPSF seeks to raise $250,000 to strengthen our financial sustainability and we need your help.
