Your sponsorship will help raise funds critical to CPSF’s mission of serving Vermont cancer patients and their families by providing emergency financial assistance and support during diagnosis, treatment and recovery. With the support of generous community partners like you, the CPSF Emergency Fund gives hope and financial assistance to more than 500 Vermont cancer patients every year who are struggling to pay their bills during treatment. For 25 years CPSF has provided care, compassion and support to over 12,700 cancer patients and their families. The Emergency Fund helps patients pay for basic needs like food, housing, home heating and electricity, transportation to treatment, and more.
